I do not bill health insurance.
I do recognize that how we relate to money is an important element of healing at the individual, family, and community level.
The Discipline of Pleasure encompasses many modes of health care; conversation about what is happening for you and what will best serve you is an integral part of the healing process.
When we are clear about how we want to work together, we make agreements about what you can afford to pay, and/or what other forms of exchange could benefit us as individuals and as members of a community.
I do not turn anyone away based on inability to pay.
I do ask those who can to consider paying a bit more than they otherwise might in order to benefit neighbors who can pay little or nothing.
Investigating what we really value and practicing aligning our daily actions, including the use of our money, with our true values is healthy.
